Synthesis and evaluation of biocompatibility for novel biodegradable poly(ε-caprolactone) triol |
초록 |
We successfully synthesized biodegradable Poly(ε-caprolactone)triol by ring opening polymerization. The obtained polymer was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Average molecular weight of the polymers was variety. Also we found that effective rather control of reaction molar ratio than control of reaction time for controlled molecular weight. Compared to controls, test solution(the solution of extracted from polycaprolactone triol film) induced neither morphological alteration nor cell death after culture for 3 days. We expected that polycaprolactone triol could be used as application for hard and soft tissue engineering scaffold. Degradation profile of polycaprolactone triol in enzyme solution was yielded about 90%, after 56 days. |
