제목 Novel Immittance Spectroscopy for Polymorphic Scandium NASICON
초록 Conductivity and calorimetric measurements of Sc NASICON analog Na3Sc2(PO4)3 suggest polymorphic phase transitions driven by sodium ion disorder. Apparent two-arc impedance response of low temperature monoclinic phase is successfully described by the parallel connection of two Havriliak-Negami dielectric functions with negative skewnesses for the bulk dispersion due to the mobile charge carriers, and the current-constriction polarization, respectively. The time constants indicate the associated bulk conduction mechanism and the capacitance strengths mobile charge carrier concentrations and the effective dipole distances. They are further connected in parallel to the total sample resistance and geometric capacitance. The approach is in line with the textbook polarization theory, where all the polarization mechanisms with different relaxation times including those from the space charges along the grain boundaries are added. 14 model parameters competently simulate the AC behavior over a wide temperature and frequency range.
