초록 | Graphene consists honeycomb of carbon atoms are a typical two-dimensional material. Excellent electrical properties, high mechanical strength, thermal, optical and chemical stability has been attracting attention excellent. However, to the mass production process is the most suitable solution, but poor structural properties such as Defect in the synthesis process. Even if there is a reduction lower than disadvantages in the way that the electrical characteristic synthesized by CVD or the like. In this study, the synthesis of conductive polymers Poly aniline to RGO to the improvement, it was prepared by Graphene nanocomposite. Measuring the zeta potential and the particle size by DLS, and by using the XRD, XPS, the structural properties using the Raman and UV-Vis, 4-Point were analyzed the electrical and optical properties. |
