제목 Study on fabrication and properties of graphene paste for electrode.
초록 We studied the basic properties and fabrication of graphene paste for a graphene electrode. Graphite flake was dispersed in NMP solution, which is an organic solvent, followed by sonication to prepare Graphene powder. Acrylic binders were used to produce paste, and structural properties were analyzed by XRD, XPS, and Raman. After coating on the substrate, electrical properties were analyzed by 4 point probe and Hall measure, and the composition ratios of paste were changed and compared and analyzed to confirm the optimum properties conditions.
