제목 Kinetics investigation of 0.3Li[Li0.33Mn0.67]O2•0.7Li[Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3]O2   by impedance spectroscopy combined with GITT and PITT
초록 Li ion kinetics of the layered manganese oxides, 0.3Li[Li0.33Mn0.67]O2•0.7LiMO2(M=Ni,Co,Mn) nanocomposite prepared by co-precipitation process [1], has been studied by the galvanostatic intermittent titration technique (GITT) [2] and potentiostatic
intermittent titration technique (PITT) [3] combined with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) at 25C. Two consecutive charge-discharge titrations were made for three months. Chemical diffusivity was estimated from galvanostatic relaxation curves as 1.7×10-11 - 2.6×10-10 cm2/s in the voltage range (2.8-4.8 V) of the first charging. EIS studies as a function of the state of charge (SOC) distinguished at least three resistance elements which are associated with charge transfer, solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) and solid state diffusion. The charge transfer and the diffusion resistance changed depending on the titration sequence which represents the degradation effects and irreversibility as well as the state of charge
