| 제목 | Decolorization of the Synthetic dye using YuaB component for Bacillus subtilis |
| 초록 | YuaB is the major component of Bacillus subtilis biofilm. YuaB is located in B. subtilis cytoplasmic membrane and plays roll of making repellency of B. subtilis biofilm after cell clusters are formed. In this study, to express CotA and Wlac proteins on the surface of the B. subtilis cells, several anchoring motives YuaB was used. His6tag was added at the C-terminal of target protein, CotA and Wlac. The cell surface expression of fusion, YuaB-CotA and YuaB-Wlac were verified by flow cytometry using FITC labelled anti-His6tag antibody. And we confirmed the decolorization of Acid green 25 with each YuaB-CotA, YuaB-Wlac and DB104 removed 31%, 37% and 22% of the dye after reacting 5 hrs. |
