Dielectric properties of BaTiO3-NaNbO3-Bi(Mg, Ti)O3 solid solutions derived by sol-gel method |
초록 |
BaTiO3-NaNbO3-Bi(Mg, Ti)O3 solid solutions have pseudocubic perovskite structure and it show relaxor behavior because NaNbO3 and Bi(Mg, Ti)O3 is added. By adding NaNbO3 transition temperature of BaTiO3 is lower and Bi(Mg, Ti)O3 affects high temperature stability. BaTiO3-NaNbO3-Bi(Mg, Ti)O3 solid solutions ceramic samples are prepared using powders which are derived by sol-gel method to obtain fine and homogeneous sized particles. Micro structure, crystal structure, and relaxor patameters - the temperature of dielectric maximum, diffuseness parameter and so on are studied. Dielectric properties in wide range of temperature and frequency indicate these compositions have the potential to be used relatively high temperature and energy storage applications like capacitors |
