제목 Characterization of Quantum Dots as Temperature Sensors
초록 We have studied temperature sensor which is characterized with fluorescence decay of quantum dots. Previous works have been done to fabricate the temperature sensor shown as the photoluminescence of the quantum dots negatively correlated decreased with the temperature. In this study, fluorescence lifetime of three kinds of CdSeS alloyed quantum dots was measured with the local temperature changed from 33 to 43 celsius degrees. The fluorescence lifetime decreased with the temperature increased. Thus verified the feasibility of the temperature sensor fabricated with the fluorescence decay.
