Herein, we report an optimal method to synthesis 3D zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF) on ultrathin ternary metal ZnCoFe-LDHs via in-situ synthesis. After compound ZCF-LDH@ZIF, the electrodes annealed with P source to form the N-P doped LDH. To enhance the catalytic activity, the reaction of metal composition (Zn, Co, and Fe) was optimized. Zn ions may prevent the aggregation of Co ions in LDH formation, stabilize ZIF morphology, and increase the valence state of Co. The ZCF-LDH@N-P catalyst requires a low overpotentials of only 273 mV at 10 mA cm-2 and a low Tafel slope of 37.9 mV dec-1 in 1.0 M KOH electrolyte. |
