제목 Effect of ZnO Salt Solution Treatment on Buffer Layer for Organic Photovoltaic Cells (OPVs).
초록 Effect of surface treatment on buffer layer was investigated with ZnO salt solution for OPVs. The salt solution was prepared by using zinc acetate dihydrate in methanol. In this study, OPVs are fabricated with the device structure: ITO/ZnO/P3HT:PCBM/PEDOT:PSS/Ag. Two shapes of ZnO nanoparticles (nanosphere and nanorod) were employed as a buffer layer. To fabricate the flat surface of buffer layer, the salt solution was coated on the buffer layer by using spin coating. The characterizations of prepared products were performed by using FE-SEM, AFM and current density-voltage characteristics.
