제목 Fabrication of All Printed Inverted Organic Photovoltaic Cells using ZnO buffer Layer
초록 To fabricate the organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) in the ambient atmosphere by printing without vacuum process, we prepared inverted type OPVs incorporating ZnO nanoparticles and Ag paste. ZnO nanoparticles were easily synthesized by the reaction of Zn(OAc)2 with KOH and then encapsulated with MEA. All printed inverted organic photovoltaic cells can be fabricated by printing process such as Inkjet and Aerosol-jet printing process for all individual layers (ZnO, active layer, PEDOT-PSS, and Ag electrode). Especially, using a mixture of P3HT and PCBM as a photoactive layer, 2.62% of PCE can be obtained with 0.61V of Voc, 7.9 mA/cm2 of Jsc, and 54.4% of fill factor under illumination of 100 mW/cm2 AM 1.5 simulated light. Also, we can obtain the much higher device performance using bis-adduct type acceptor materials by increasing the Voc. At this presentation, we will discuss the more detail device characteristics with variation of materials and printing process.
