제목 Seed-mediated growth of ZnO nanorods in solution and their use to sacrificial template for TiO2 nanorods
초록 Vertically aligned titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanorods (NRs) have been fabricated using ZnO nanorod templates through liquid reactive deposition on the substrates. we fabricate TiO2 NR electrodes via the sacrificial templating reaction between TiO2 NRs and ZnO NRs which are formed by seed-mediated growth on bl-TiO2/FTO substrates. The deposited thin ZnO nanocrystals seeds film on the substrate grow uniform ZnO NRs with ~ 60 nm diameter and ~500 nm length, and then convert into TiO2 NRs by sacrificial templating reaction. It is expected that TiO2 NR Electrodes with straight macropore enabled metal halide perovskite solution to be effectively infiltrated in the TiO2 NR film during electrospray coating process compared to mesoporous TiO2 with three-dimensionally complicated mesoporous structure.
