초록 |
Hybrid bulk-heterojunction photovoltaic cells based on solvent-stabilized ZnO nanoparticles as the electron transporter and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as the hole transporter were prepared, due to the possibility of combining their excellent electrical properties. The previously reported disadvantages of this blend system, namely, aggregation and UV sensitivity, were successfully solved by solvent optimization and decreasing the density of surface defects on ZnO nanoparticles, respectively. The power conversion efficiency was also improved as the ZnO particle size decreased and the dispersion improved. |
