Characterization and fabrication of Zinc Sulfide thin film through solution based thin film deposition process |
| 초록 |
Zinc sulfide (ZnS) is known as a wide energy band gap (Eg=3.65 eV) material which is useful of the fabrication of optical and electrical devices. In this paper, we have investigated physical and chemical properties in order to fabricate high quality nano-structured Zinc sulfide(ZnS)thin. Based on the our approach, we have successfully obtained hexagonal structured and nano scaled(＞5nm) Zinc sulfide(ZnS) thin film which can be applicable to the optical and electrical devices. |
