제목 The preparation and characterization of Zirconium phosphate hybrid electrolyte membrane for PEMFC (<200℃)
초록 To prepare an electrolyte membrane used for PEMFC operating at < 200℃, following three types of inorganic membranes were fabricated and characterized.(proton-β"-alumina, ZrP, hybrid membrane with [alumina] : [ZrP] = 1 : 1). H3O+/NH4+-β"-alumina is expected to be a noticeable inorganic material for proton conductor with 5 X 10-3 and 1.0 X 10-2 S/cm at 100℃ and 150℃, respectively. Above mentioned materials were synthesized by ion exchange reaction and sol-gel process, respectively. Then, each membrane specimens are fabricated as a pellet type by press and characterized for their crystal structure, surface morphology, particle size, relative density, thermal stability and ion conductivity.
