Study on the Calcium Carbonation Process of Alkaline Pulp and Paper Mill Waste Sludge by the Method of Acid Digestion and CO2 Treatment |
| 초록 |
The pulp and paper making mill waste sludges collected domestic area and their bulk content, major components and mineralogical structures were estimated. They were treated with acids and resulting leached solutions were carbonated with virtual real carbon dioxide gas. As the result, demand for high cost treating and environmental harmful pulp and paper mill waste sludges amount diminished above 80%, and there residuals conversioned the state of energy resources. The optimal experimental conditions of leached solutions and carbon dioxide added alkylamine were investigated. Those obtained carbonation results showed high carbonation efficiencies above 99% and high purity of calcium carbonate conversioned their feature |
