제목 Synthesis and characteristics of UV curable optical elastic resin based on acrylic copolymer
초록 The optical elastic resins were synthesized by photo-polymerization of acrylic copolymer and reactive oligomer with photo-initiator. The acrylic copolymers were synthesized by solution radical polymerization of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and butyl acrylate with N,N’-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator. Adhesion performance and optical property of optical elastic resins were studied depending on the content of reactive oligomers and the degree of crosslinking. The UV curing reactions were found to be strongly dependent on the functionality of reactive acrylic oligomer. Various optical elastic resins were prepared depending on the contents of reactive oligomer and monomer compositions of acrylic copolymer. The adhesive and physical characteristics of optical elastic resin were investigated in terms of probe tack, peel strength, elongation, and transmittance.
