제목 Vertically Oriented Nanostructures of Star-Shaped PMMA-b-PS Thin Film
초록 Thin film of star-shaped poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-polystyrene (PMMA-b-PS) was prepared by spin coating and sequential thermal annealing. Symmetric (fPS = 0.60) and asymmetric (fPS = 0.75) volume fraction of star-shaped copolymer were used to fabricate lamellar and cylindrical structures. Interestingly, vertically oriented lamellar and cylindrical structures were observed without additional treatment such as random copolymer treatment, blend system, or solvent annealing. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and grazing-incidence small angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS) proved good ordering of vertically oriented nanostructures. Also, we confirmed that vertically oriented nanostructures were maintained after removal of PMMA by UV irradiation and acetic acid treatment using scanning electron microscope (SEM).
