제목 Sulfonic acid group modified mesoporous silica materials for Metal ions adsorption in artificial wastewater and seawater
초록 The mesoporous silica SBA-15 that is prepared using a triblock copolymer has high superficial areas and large uniform pores. It’s silica wall surface can be modified with organic groups to tailor their properties and achieve specific purposes. The modified SBA-15 has regular pore channel structure and uniform distribution of functional groups on the pore surface. We have successfully modified SBA-15 using melamine and chlorosulfonic acid. The SBA-15-NH-SO3H was used for the adsorption of metal ion in artificial solution. The SBA-15-NH-SO3H showed higher mole selectivity of Li ion. It was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm, thermogravimetric analysis, inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscope(ICP-OES), Small Angle X-ray Scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. The adsorption was dependent on chemical interactions. The ion-exchange mechanism plays the crucial role in the selective adsorption of lithium ions.
