제목 A New Fabrication of Air-operating Conducting Polymer Actuator based on PEO and Flouro polymer
초록 The actuator operated out of solvent was synthetized from Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO), Polyvinylidine Flouride(PVDF), and conducting polymer(CP). The prepared CP actuators were built in the thin layer of solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) sandwiched between two CP layers (CP//SPE//CP). The porous PVDF filled with PEO had higher dimensional stability, and the introduction of CP into SPE by chemical polymerization prevented the layers from delaminating. The several factors were controlled to optimize the chemical polymerization conditions of Pyrrole such as oxidant concentration, and reaction time. The CP actuators were characterized with SEM, ionic conductivity, air-operating performance and so on. The experimental results demonstrated that the synthesized actuator had effective bending actuation in air.
