Analysis of floating microbial communities in multi-use facilities using genetic analysis and correlation with Particulate Matter |
초록 |
Multi-use facilities are places commonly used by citizens and so management of indoor air quality in them has to be done at the national level. Therefore, many studies on indoor air quality in multi-use facilities which are directly related to our health are being conducted. In this study, the indoor airborne dust was collected in the several types of multi-use facility in order to analyze the correlation between the microbial community and particulate matter (PM), temperature, and relative humidity using a quantitative analysis and next generation sequencing (NGS) method. Five types of viruses were also selected to investigate the risks of viruses in the collection sites. This study may contribute to the preparation of the national guideline for air quality management in multi-use facilities and, consequently, to prevent harmful substances and environmental diseases. |
