제목 Effects of Purified Alginate Films on Proliferation and Phenotype of Corneal Endothelial Cells
초록 The effective treatment for irreversible corneal damage is corneal transplantation. Allograft tissue replacement a relatively high host refection rate. One of the scaffolds, alginate, we used in this study, it is currently proved to be biological safe. We fabricated non-purified(NA) alginate film as a control group and purified alginate(PA) film as an experiment group. CEC cells were seeded in PA and NA microcapsules, and we studied the SEM, MTT. And RT-PCR. In this study, we confirmed that the cell viability was higher on PA film than NA film through SEM. Also cell adhesion was more activated on PA film than NA film. In conclusion, MTT results, cell proliferation was good in PA. The RT-PCR results show specific mRNA expression. In conclusion, this study suggests that PA microcapsules may serve as potential CEC cells differentiation and structural basis for tissue engineered CEC cells.
