In this study, alkali-soluble resins(ASR) were synthesized from EA(Ethyl acrylate), MAA(Methacrylic acid) and SM(Styrene monomer) by emulsion polymerization. The ASR sample coated on a glass plate, dried and aged at 25℃, 50% RH. The effects of solubility condition, such as temperature, agitation speed andconcentration of an alkali solution, on the alkali solubility ofASR film were investigated. As the temperature, agitation speed and concentration of an alkali solution increased,the alkali solubility of ASR film increased. |
