PQTB6 and PQTB8 were synthesized from dibromodidodecylquarterthiophene and 2,2'-(1,5-bis(hexyloxy)naphthalene-2,6-diyl)bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2- dioxaborolane) , 2,2'-(1,5-bis (octyloxy) naphthalene-2,6-diyl)bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane) and was used as the active layer in organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). The obtained PQTB6 and PQTB8 measured GPC, UV, PL, CV, TGA, DSC. PQTB6 and PQTB8 was found at UV absorption each 450nm, 452nm in solution and 503nm, 510nm in film, PQTB6 PL absorption was found 535nm in solution and 604nm in film. PQTB6 and PQTB8 were found HOMO level each -5.08 eV and -5.02 eV, LUMO level each -2.94 eV and -2.94 eV. |
