제목 OPVs using D-A Alternating Copolymer Based on Fluorinated Phenazine
초록 For a few decades, Many research of renewable energy were conducted, and PSC(polymer solar cell) is one of them. It has various advantages including flexible and large area application. We wanted to create a new material for the active layer of the device and Diflourinated Phenazine (DFPz) is used as accepter unit in PSC. This unit was predicted that it has good charge mobility attributed to extended π conjugated structure, because benzodithiophene was used as donor unit in PSC, and phenazine was also expected that it has strong electronegativity attributed to C=N double bonds. To investigate the effect of alkyl chain, either linear or bulkyl alkyl chain was introduced. In result, the polymer with linear alkyl chain was red-shifted than polymer with bulky alkyl chain, because polymer with linear alkyl chain was better packed than polymer with bulky alkyl chain. Also, the polymer with linear alkyl chain (PBDT-DT-DoFPz) achieved 3.41% of PCE (power conversion efficiency).
