제목 Preparation of Boron and Nitrogen co-doped Porous Carbon for Supercapacitors
초록 In this work, the boron and nitrogen co-doped porous carbon (BNPC) as an electrode materials was prepared by carbonization with aluminum phosphate containing citric acid and sucrose. The electrochemical properties of BNPC were investigated by cyclic voltammograms and charge-discharge cyclingtest in 6 M KOH. The resulting BNPC samples possess micro- and mesoporous structure as well as certain graphitic phase characteristic. Additionally, the specific capacitance of BNPC were increased with an amount of aluminum phosphate, which were attributed to nitrogen and boron more incorporated into the carbon matrix enhanced the wettability between the electrolyte and electrode materials. Furthermore, the introduction of heteroatoms may result in the pseudocapacitive effect.
