| 제목 | A Simulation of anti-reflection films on effect of support and coating thickness |
| 초록 | An anti-reflection film, which has a low refractive index layer composed of a cured coating of a copolymer that has a fluorine-containing vinyl monomer polymerizing unit and its side chain a methacryloyl group. Thin film anti-reflection coatings greatly reduce the light loss by making use of phase changes and the dependence of the reflectivity on index of refraction. The difference of refraction on effect of support and coating thickness is shown by using a simulation method. |
