High sensitive antibody-free molecular binder: Identification, recognition, and sensing application |
초록 |
The current approach widely in use for measurement of various targets, for example, biomarker protein, cell, and nucleic acid in point-of-care diagnosis is based on the either antibody-based or non-antibody recognition element-based methods derived from chemical or nanobiotechlogical approaches. However, it is required expensive and complex analytical instruments and thus may not widely suitable for point-of-care applications. Furthermore, it does not give reliable and accurate results depending on the samples, assay methods and other conditions. The aim of this talk is to show unique linear dodeca-peptides which would recognize virus or biomarker protein with high specificity and selectivity and to explore the binding interactions using several analytical methods. |
