Application of solid supported chiral auxiliary in asymmetric alkylation. |
| 초록 |
Enantioselective alkylation using solid supported chiral auxiliary, Wang resin-bound 2-imidazolidinone, was used for the synthesis of a-substituted carboxylic acid. The solid phase asymmetric synthesis on this resin proceeded in high diastereoselectivity, as is observed in solution phase experiments. |
