A simulation approach to the design optimization of parameters affecting the performance of automotive catalyst |
초록 |
As environmental regulations have become more stringent, many studies on an automotive catalysts have been conducting to meet this challange. The efficiency of an automotive exhaust-gas aftertreatment system varies with not only exhaust temperature but also catalyst configuration. In this study, after modelling the behaviour of a Three-way catalyst during NEDC driving cycle, parametric study simulations on how the two parametersw will affect NOx emission were run to design the specification of catalysts that can respose to stricter emission standards. |
