제목 Preparation of crosslinked thermoplastic polyurethane through post-curing capable of controlling the degree of functionalization and introducing various functional groups
초록 Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) functionalized with azido groups(-N3) has the advantage of being able to introduce various functional groups through azide-alkyne click reaction. However, in the already synthesized azido-TPU, when introducing functional groups, it is necessary to control the amount of the functional groups for the click reaction. On the other hand, if azido groups are controlled in the polyol synthesis step, even if an excessive amount of functional groups are added, TPU with a limited amount of azido groups participating in the click reaction can be synthesized. Aromatic TPU and aliphatic TPU were prepared through the introduction of aromatic and aliphatic functional groups containing alkyne group, and then crosslinked TPU was prepared through post-curing, and their physical properties were compared.
