제목 Efficient non-fullerne polymer solar cells fabricated with thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-(5H)-dione based conjugated polymer.
초록 Recently, OPVs based on polymer donors and non fullerene small molecular acceptors (SMAs) have received attention to overcome the weakness of OPVs. We have previously reported conjugated polymers, PBDTT-8ttTPD, containing benzodithiophene derivatives (BDT) with 3-octyl-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene π-bridged thieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6(5H)-dione (ttTPD). We synthesized three batches of PBDTT-8ttTPD having different molecular weight (Mn, Mw) and fabricated the OPV devices based on PBDTT-8ttTPD as the polymer donor with ITIC as non fullerene acceptor.The PCE of device varied from 5.76% to 11.05% depending on the molecular weight of PBDTT-8ttTPD. Additionally, the best performance of 11.05% applied high molecular weight polymer and ITIC was higher PCE then that reference OPV device with PC71BM (7.86%). Mn have an strongly impact on charge properties and blended film morphology, which have a critical impact on the OPV performance.
