Effect of MnO2 as a sintering additive on the properties of Na+-beta-alumina solid electrolyte |
초록 |
Na+-beta-aluminas solid electrolyte in the ternary system Al2O3-Na2O-Li2O was synthesized by solid state reaction using Li2O as stabilizer. Na+-beta-alumina specimens were prepared by sodium concentration which was [Na2O] : [Al2O3] = 1 : 5 in molar ratio with 0.55 wt.% Li2O content. MnO2 as sintering additive was added at 0.3 to 1.0 wt.% Each fabricated specimen was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and impedance measurement. the effect of MnO2 dopnat on the crystal phase. the microstructure and the electrical conductivity was studied. |
