Many reports in the field of biocomposites filled with natural fibers such as jute, kenaf and others have been reported. Many researchers are trying to make building interior, electronics, automotive, and so on. But few manufactured goods are available in the marketplace. In earlier, researchers handle inorganic filler (glass fiber, carbon fiber). However, it has many environmental problems. So, various countries make regulations to protect the natural environment. Biodegradable polymer and biocomposites have attracted much attention for increasing application of automotive interior parts. And we substitute natural fibers for existing using inorganic fibers to enhance eco-friendly. To make automotive interior part, we used biodegradable polymer and natural fillers. In this presentation, bio-composites properties of various filler type and treatment with different manufacturing methods were investigated. And we introduce prototype automotive interior parts with bio-composites. |
