제목 FABRICATION OF MONODISPERSED ANISOTROPIC MICROPARTICLES BYINTERFACIAL DEFORMATION OF CONFINED PHOTOCURABLE FLUID AND ITS APPLICATION FORBIOASSAY​
초록 Anisotropic microparticles have wide application in the field of drug-deliver, tissue engineering, multiplexed biosensor andself-assembly. Here we demonstrate a simple method of mold geometry-mediated fabrication of anisotropic microparticles withcontrolled 3D shapes by tuning mold swelling and capillarity. This phenomenainduce spatial deformation of the confined photocurable fluid, which producespherical to non-spherical particles with or without shape imprinting. In depthstudy revealed the influence of mold side length and corner angle over mold swellingand capillarity. We further demonstrated the extendable application of the fabricated microparticles in immune-based bioassay. We achieved highuniformity, productivity, cost-effectiveness. Furthermore surfactant freemethod makes the technique bio-friendly.
