제목 Layer-by-layer coating of cellular aggregates for injectable therapy
초록 Biomaterials for injectable cell therapy are on intensive research for tissue regeneration by a minimally invasive procedure. In this study, cellular aggregates were formed by suspension culture of fibroblast cells with biodegradable microspheres. The formed cellular aggregates were coated layer-by-layer (LBL) using hyaluronic acid (HA) and poly(L-lysine). To enhance LBL coating, HA was modified with cell adhesive peptide. The resultant LBL coated cellular aggregates were visualized by confocal microscopy and cell viability was examined.
