제목 Construction of RNA-Nanoparticle Hybrid Nanostructure for Bioelectronic Device and Biosensor Application
초록 Conventionally, RNA nanotechnology has been investigated for cancer treatment, gene delivery and viral infection. Recently, RNA nanotechnology has been extended to application fields such as bioelectronics and biosensors because of catalytic functionality, flexibility of structure and thermodynamic stability. In this study, we developed the selective conjugation method of RNA-nanoparticles for bioelectronic device and biosensor applications. The selective-functionalization of gold nanoparticle onto pRNA structure was achieved utilizing the resin-recognizing RNA aptamer. Moreover, to determine the binding number of pRNA onto nanoparticle, the single molecule photobleaching (SMPB) experiment was conducted TIRF microscopy. Based on this technique, pRNA-quantum dot hybrid and pRNA-gold nanoparticle hybrid were prepared respectively. The RNA-nanoparticle hybrid can be applied to various applications such asbioelectronics, biosensors and biomedical device.
