제목 | Development of Bioelectronic Device and Field-Ready Biosensor Based on Nucleic Acid/Nanoparticle Hybrid |
초록 | Recently, nucleic acid nanotechnology has been extended to its application fields such as biosensors, diagnostics and bioelectronics material as the probe elements because of flexibility of structure, easy-to-tailoring with functional nucleic acid such as aptamer and nanoparticles. Among them, ultrasensitive field-ready biosensor construction and bioelectronics device with resistive property are interesting area using packaging nucleic acid 3 way junction motif- (3WJ)-nanoparticle hybrid material. The present study discussed 1) construction of RNA-quantum dot nanoparticle hybrid-based bioelectronic device with resistive memory property. 2) the detection of various pathogen.
