제목 Reversable Pulsatile/Non-pulsatile Bioreactor for In Vitro Formation of Tissue Engineered Small Diameter Vascular Grafts
초록 A major difficulty to the development of a small diameter tissue engineeried vascular graft less than 6 mm is about the scaffold. To overcome limitations associated to the scaffold, several technologies were developed. a perfusion bioreactor has been advanced for tissue engineering of small diameter vascular. Dynamic culture system has been demonstrated to enhance the prolifiratoin of smooth muscle cells (SMCs) seeded on scaffolds and to induce an appropriate SMC phenotype in response to mechanical strain. Also,nanostructured biomaterials have tremendous potential for tissue engineering. In these study, We researched on developing small diameter vascular grafts in vitro seeded SMCs onto the electrospun scaffolds, culturing and constructing 3D vascular by using the bioreactor system that could produce pulse/non-pulse flow on the same pump.
