제목 | Optimization of Lipid Extraction Methods from Dunaliella sp. |
초록 | AS some microalgae produce large amount of lipid, it have received enormous interests as one of the most promising solutions to the petro energy depletion and global climate change crisis. To make biofuel from microalgae, lipid extraction techniques are essential. This is a report on the study of the lipids extraction methods from Dunaliella sp. microalgae. To find suitable pretreatment method for lipid extraction from it, physical and chemical cell disruptions were studied and extractions by various solvents were analyzed and compared for the lipid extraction efficiency. Chloroform/methanol mixed solvent was most effective on lipid extraction from Dunaliella sp.. Reference 1.
