Use of nanopattern to induce large surface area or plasmonic pattern is a viable way for improving the performance of devices. Here, by employing block-copolymer lithography and nano-imprinting lithography, we demonstrate a highly effective multiple patterns of polystyrene, silicon dioxide and polydimethylsiloxane, eventually for making a multiple pattern of several organic semiconductor layer. The multiple patterns of organic semiconductor have great potential to utilize organic chemical sensor as enhancing surface area. Furthermore, the multiple patterns also have great potential of organic optoelectronics as introducing plasmonic effect by evaporate metal on to the pattern. |
