제목 pH-sensitive and biodegradable MPEG-poly(β-amino ester) block copolymeric micelles for drug delivery
초록 The synthesis of pH-sensitive and biodegradable MPEG-poly(β-amino ester) was performed through Michael-type step polymerization. MPEG (monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol)) was used as a hydrophilic block and poly(β-amino ester) had a role of hydrophobic pH-sensitive block. Poly(β-amino ester) was organized with N,N’-trimethylene dipiperidine and 1,6-hexane diol diacrylate. Various molecular weight polymers were obtained by varying the mol ratio of MPEG/poly(β-amino ester). The synthesized polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR and their molecular weights were measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The dependence of the molecular weight on the mol ratio was evaluated by the titration method. . MPEG-poly(β-amino ester) block copolymer was dissolved in various pH buffer solutions, and then micelle concentration of block copolymer solutions is measured by fluorescence spectrometer. Micelle is formed at pH 7.4 and collapsed below pH 7.0. The pH dependency of this polymer could be very useful for preparing drug carrier that is sensitive to pH.
