제목 Highly Efficient Light-Emitting Diodes Using Phenothiazine Containing Conjugated Polymers
초록 Blue light-emitting polyfluorene derivatives, poly(9,9-bis(4-n-octyloxyphenyl)) fluorene (PBOPF), poly(10-(2-ethylhexyl)-3,7-phenothiazine) (PPTZ) and copolymers of BOPF and PTZ, poly(BOPF-co-PTZ)s, were synthesized through Ni(0) mediated polymerization and their light-emitting properties were investigated. EL devices were fabricated in an ITO / PEDOT(50nm) / Polymer (80nm) / Ca(50nm) / Al(200nm) configuration. The EL spectra showed similar emissions to the PL results, and the EL device using the poly(BOPF-co-PTZ)s showed significantly enhanced device performance than the devices using PBOPF or PPTZ homopolymers.
