Small molecule solar cell performances were investigated by the insertion of small molecule organic buffer material, 1,4,5,8,9,11-hexaazatriphenylene-hexacarbonitrile(HAT-CN). The HAT-CN organic buffer material was introduced between ITO anode and copper phthalocyanine(CuPc) film. The insertion of HAT-CN could increase the crystallinity of CuPc film, which improved the short circuit current and fill factor of small molecule solar cell. As a result the efficiency of small molecule solar cell was improved by 22%. |
