제목 | Flexible Piezoelectric Nanogenerators Based on PVDF with BulkHeteroJunction Systems |
초록 | In recent years, consumption of portable electronic devices such as smart phones is increasing and low powered system is commonly used in our daily lives. Piezoelectric nanogenerator is a powerful technique to convert mechanical energy to electrical energy. Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is a good organic piezoelectric material due to its good piezoelectric and mechanical properties, flexibility and chemical stability. In this study, bulkheterojunction(BHJ) systems were introduced to piezoelectric nanogenerators based on PVDF. Each of three conjugated polymers was blended with PCBM61. These types of polymers have delocalized π-electrons which give additional charges to external circuit. The nanogenerators with BHJ showed higher output performance than that of the device without BHJ. The conjugated polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC, XRD, AFM and etc. The piezoelectric nanogenerators were tested by a home-made tester and measured output voltages and currents by a multimeter. |
