제목 Formation and Characterization of CdS and CdSe Nanocrystals
초록 For the industrial large-scale synthesis of CdS and CdSe nanocrystals, Non-TOP (trioctylphosphine)-based synthetic method was introduced. Quantum-sized CdS and CdSe nanocrystals with spherical and rod shapes were synthesized by the mixing of Cd-oleylamine complex and elemental S and Se powder, respectively. By the controlling the monomer concentration and initial precursor ratio, high crystalline and nearly monodisperse CdS quantum dot with a diameter of 5 nm and a zinc blende lattice structure and nanorod with an aspect ratio of 1.7 and a wurtzite lattice structure were produced at 120 oC. Also, CdSe quantum dot with a diameter of 3.8 nm and a zinc blende lattice structure and nanorod with an aspect ratio of 4.4 and 6.3 and a wurtzite lattice structure were produced at 140 oC, respectively.
