제목 A highly selective cadmium detection of porphyrin-based fluorescent probe
초록 A new porphyrin-based fluorescence chemosensor containing 1,8-naphthyridin moiety was synthesized for selective detection of metal ions. 1,8-Naphthyridin moiety is very sensitive in response to Cd(II) with good selectivity and is conjugated with porphyrin fluorescent dye. This porphyrin chemosensor function as fluorometric sensor for Cd(II) in the parts per million range. The response of the sensor is based on the fluorescence quenching of porphyrin by coordination with Cd(II). The sensor shows excellent selectivity for Cd(II) over transition metal cations including Hg(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Zn(II), and Fe(III).
