제목 Fabrication of Bicontinuous Porous Carbon Film.
초록 Nanoporous thin carbon-film was prepared by carbonization of a resol carbon precursor and amphiphilic block copolymer (PS-P2VP). Thin films on silicon wafer were first developed by solvent casting method of the mixture of resol and PS-P2VP in DMF to give sphere morphologies of PS-P2VP in the resol matrixes. These structures were then fixed by crosslinking reaction of PS-P2VP by UV irradiation otherwise the well-defined forms were destroyed during curing and carbonization processes (over 600 oC) due to relatively low Tg of PS-P2VP. Obtained thin carbon films were nanoporous. In this time, the sphere structures were further developed by solvent annealing to make bicontinuous structures and then processed in the same condition. Obtained carbon films were charaterized by grazing induced small angel X-ray scattering (GI-SAXS), atomic force microscophy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and cross-section transmittance electron microscopy (TEM).
