Carbon-based nano materials, such as single walled carbon nanotube and graphene, have many exceptional electronic properties. For examples, the field effect mobilities are ten times larger than silicon and current carrying capacities are as high as 109 A cm-2. Therefore, carbon based nano materials are one of the most suitable materials that could be used in a new type of high performance electronics including flexible and stretchable devices. In this talk, the current development status of carbon base nano materials will be reviewed. |
