제목 Synthesis of carbon-based nanocomposites as Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering nanosensors for in vivo detection
초록 Nanosensor is a non-destructive analytical tool for in vivo applications due to the nanoscale dimension and rapid countermeasures. This study presents carbon-based nanocomposites as SERS nanosensors to detect biomolecules in living organisms such as plants, animals, and microbes. When gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) form on the functionalized carbon nanomaterials, AuNPs assemble to create hot spots. Since the nanosensor could obtain the SERS spectrum using near-infrared excitation, we demonstrated a high signal-to-noise ratio by circumventing autofluorescence from deeper tissues in living organisms. In addition, we investigated reaction conditions to attain the high Raman enhancement factors by changing gold ion concentration, reaction time, reducing agents, and surface functional groups. This carbon-based SERS nanosensor can be utilized to detect and identify endogenous biomolecules in vivo systems.​
